The self-cleaning rotary jet head "TZ-74" performs impact cleaning according to a 3D specified pattern. This device serves as a guarantee means to ensure the quality of tank cleaning in an automated system. It is suitable for processes, storage, and transport tanks and containers ranging from 50 to 500 m3 (13,000 to 130,000 US gallons). When used in brewing, food, and dairy industries, automatic cleaning of the device and down pipes is strictly required, and the "TZ-74" has achieved particularly notable results in the brewing industry worldwide. In terms of operation, the nozzle rotates around both vertical and horizontal axes in a geared manner due to the flow of the cleaning liquid. First, the nozzle draws a coarse pattern on the inner surface of the tank, and then it circulates in 8 cycles, gradually tightening the pattern spacing until a complete pattern is achieved.
